Click to select any Module in the Main Navigation Menu, and the black Toolbar Menu will activate just below the main menu. This toolbar contains the options for taking action with the module data, and includes the following sections; Marking Tools, Dataset Tools, a Module Display area, additional Module Action Menus, and Search.
Marking Tools
The Check Mark icon is used to Mark All records in the current spreadsheet view.
NOTE: When Marking large sets, allow sufficient time for the spreadsheet to refresh with the records marked before proceeding.
The Arrow button adjacent to the check mark opens the Marking Tools menu, displaying a count of currently Marked records, and options for managing marked records and Worksheets within the module. For convenience, this menu will persist after being opened. Click on the Arrow again to close the menu.
View Marked - After marking a group of records in the module, click View Marked to isolate the set of records and run reports, or create Worksheets
Unmark All - Click to remove all check marks within the current module
Mark All - Click to check mark all records in the current spreadsheet view
New Worksheet from Marked - Click to open the Add to Worksheet window
Remove Marked from Worksheet - Click to open the Remove from Worksheet window
Invert Marked - Click to reverse all check marks within the current module, useful for comparing lists
Dataset Tools
The SETS button opens the Saved Dataset selection menu. Choose between the Saved ViewSet and Worksheet lists.
VIEWSETS - Dynamic groupings of records which are responsive to changes in the data. ViewSets display a filtered list of records according to a defined criteria.
WORKSHEETS - Static groupings of marked records in any module may be saved as a Worksheet. These manual selections of records will not change as the data is adjusted.

Save New ViewSet - click to rename and save the selected NewView, saving it in the list
Edit ViewSet - click to edit the filter criteria for the selected ViewSet
Rename ViewSet - click to rename the selected ViewSet
Delete ViewSet - click to delete the selected ViewSet, removing it from the list
Module Display
The Module Display area describes the current location of the user within the database. The Module name, displayed dataset, and a parenthetical count of records in the current spreadsheet view are visible here.
Module Action Menus
The options included in the Module Action Menus will change based on whichever module is loaded into the spreadsheet view. An overview of each menu item is described below, additional details are provided within the specific module articles.
LAYOUT - options for adjusting the current spreadsheet view
SORT - lists of primary sort fields for arranging records, A-Z or Z-A, in the spreadsheet view
SHARE - download exported data from any supported module
NEW - create new records, new ViewSets, or run reports
Search
The magnifying glass icon opens and closes the Search bar feature. When Search is open, an additional menu bar is displayed the black toolbar menu. Users can search just about any field, within any module, by using the Search bar.

NOTE: The standard default Search In selection is All Fields, but users can set a custom Default Search Field for some modules using the SETTINGS panel.
