Opening Editions

Editions Menu

  • All Editions: Select from the main menu Editions>All Editions to view all Work records.
  • Marked Editions: Select from the main menu Editions>Marked Works to view only Works which have been pre-selected.
  • Saved ViewSets: Select from the main menu Editions>Saved ViewSets to open the module with a list of saved View Sets. Users can highlight the desired View Set to open Editions.

  • Worksheets: Select from the main menu Editions>Saved Worksheets to open the module with a list of saved Worksheets. Users can highlight the desired Worksheet to open Editions.
  • Edit List Fields: Select from the main menu Editions>Edit List Fields to view or edit any of the drop-down list fields in the module. When this option is selected additional Panes will appear to help users navigate and edit the list fields. SEE
