The Contacts Collection Pane displays all Work records documented as owned or once owned by this Contact. Collection information is entered on the Provenance Pane of a Work record. The Ex Coll (Ex-Collection) column denotes current or past ownership, a checkmark in Ex-Coll indicates the Contact no longer owns the work (the citation was therefore entered in the Provenance History section on the Provenance Pane in Works). If Ex-Coll does not have a checkmark, it indicates the contact currently owns the work (the citation was therefore entered in the Current Owner section on the Provenance Pane in Works).
