To export any record in Artsystem5, first go to Settings in order to select the fields for the export. Once the Settings are set up, then simply open the module to select the records for export. Depending on how Contacts have been designed for an email blast the easiest thing to do is create a View Set to find all records where Email is populated, or if Categories were added Users could select all records where Contacts have Category = Email List. Once the list is selected, simply generate the CSV export. The CSV export is a comma separated value file which can easily be opened in Excel.
